Hermosa Place Apartments on the corner of 32nd St. & Flower are by far quiet or safe. I witnessed lots of drug & gang activity. For one I seen tenants Rebecca Gonzalez & Josephina Mata sell a truck that belonged to Josephine's Mata's uncle. Without the uncles permission and has been reported stolen. I witnessed the uncle talking to the landlord who is a lady that drives a Mercedes Benz. And the land lady stated that she with her own eye's seen Rebecca Gonzalez sell the long-bed 2005 gold Chevy Silverado to a Mexican male. That's what the land lady told Josephina Mata's uncle. I understand that the uncle parked his truck in Rebecca's & Josephina's parking stall telling the uncle that his truck would be safe there, because they have no vehicle of their own. And because they both are addicted to METH, they sold the uncles Silverado without his permission. And the land-lady witnessed the whole illegal transaction and the land owner didn't attempt to notify Phoenix Police. And when the uncle found out he spoke directly to the property owner who admitted to him that she seen Rebecca Gonzalez sell the truck. So people beware of these apts. and its krazy tenants & landlord. Can't submit without a star. I say ZERO star, better off living off of Van Buren then becoming a victim of hermosa place apartments..

This complex is horrible. The complex is infested with roaches & bed bugs. The complex has been infested with bed bugs for at least a year now. The landlord wears gloves cause she dont like to touch anything. Plus the landlord is extremely nosey.

i.e., A locif there was a star lower than 1 i would have chosen that! I am a former tenant and it is horrible. Drug trafficking, Constant Maintanance issues, Nosey manager does'nt like dealing with anything in the complex even wears gloves to keep from touching things, roach infested there were more of them than us. Need I say more because if so I could.al favorite, or highly recommended because
