Heather is the owner of InMotion Health & Wellness,Full Body Certified in ART, and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. She holds a National Certification of Therapeutic Massage and BodyWork, and is a member of the AMTA.Heather is Certified in Full Body Active Release Technique , Nerve Entrapment, and Complex Protocols. Every ART session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles
