This office continuously sends bills to me, even though my explanation of benefits from my insurance company states "Provider must submit W9 for processing". Whenever I call, I can never get through to someone, and have to leave a message. The message machine just states "leave a message" and I'm not sure I'm even speaking to a dental office. I had to check the number to make sure. I am not at all satisfied with this office.
