We are a Phoenix based company, serving the larger Arizona food service industry. Food Safety Connection is a division of Renaissance Catering dba Ralph's Snack Bar Inc, the largest mobile catering service provider in Arizona. We have provided the Food Manager certification training and exam, since 2000, assisting many foodservice workers to comply with health department regulations and become a Certified Food Manager. In addition, we provide Managers/Supervisors, a greater awareness of food safety by promoting safe food handling techniques. We use Prometric's Certified Professional Food Manager Exam. Prometric's credentials are widely recognized by employers and regulators and every state county's health department in the United States accepts the CPFM exam. Prometric's food safety program is accredited by ANSI ( American National Standards Institute ) and utilizes the Conference for Food Protection ( CFP ) standards.
