Dr. Menashe joins the staff at Desert Center for Allergy and Chest Diseases from Yakima, Washington where he practiced Pulmonary and Critical Medicine for more than thirty years. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Washington, completed his medical residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, and fellowships in Critical Care Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine at Norwalk Hospital, Yale University. Dr. Menashe enjoys caring for patients with respiratory problems and tailoring care to the unique needs of each patient and their family. He has expertise in all aspects of pulmonary disease and a special interest in lung cancer screening, advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy, and collaboration with other experts in the field of lung cancer treatment. Dr. Menashe and his wife Angela enjoys outdoors, traveling and working with the local Humane Society and rescue shelters. In addition, Dr. Menashe is a volunteer with Good Samaritan Medical and Dental Ministry in Riverside California and makes frequent trips to Vietnam, in recent years helping Vietnamese physician colleagues care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit at the provincial hospital in Cao Bang. In January, Dr. Menashe was named the 2019 Outstanding Clinician by the Washington Thoracic Society.
