Dr. Philo Rogers was once in such deep trouble that he wasn't certified to write scrips for a very long time. He was also forced to be a doctor that only gave physicals in a plasma donation center in Glendale AZ. Bad judgement to see him!!!

We had to call several times to get a live voice, and were left messages after hours so that calling back was impossible. Ended up back in the hospital due to inability to pass important info on to us.
