There is a big/overwight blonde woman approx in her thirties; here that is very rude, she wanted to flaunt her power and proceed to yell at me and say how she works in a large office while the low lifes work in cubicles. she also said how powerful she is and told me to shove steaks up her glory hole. if i don't like the way she's talking to me. who is she to talk to people like that when 1, she is 30-65 pounds overweight in body fat/body composition. 2. obviously has no experience with customer service or auto glass; and 3. Said, "I would hire my own younger children to be a customer, vs. put up with you as a customer....all i did was ask her to explain the bad service.

Hi I am a local blogger and needed my windshield replaced on my Audi and a chip repair on my Chevrolet . I asked some of my facebook and twitter friends who they thought I should have do it a lot of them said Diamond auto glass some though said good and bad but I decided to see for myself since they are giving free Omaha steaks and I like meat. I got to say though my experience was fine I called they took my info filed a claim for me with a adjuster and came to my house to replace it on Saturday. So I got free steaks and something to stir about on my blog double whammy. I would use them again and I am going to kill some time and write a few more reviews. Look me up! bye bye

I've used Diamond Auto Glass twice and I won't go anywhere else, last time they put window tint on my Cadillac and this time when I needed my door glass replaced on my Toyota they were to me same day! Im sure to come back to them whenever I need another repair. They came to my house and took care of everything! Thank you guys!

I was thinkin it would be such a drag having to deal with the insurance claims and all But Diamond auto glass helped with that too..everything went smoothly and I didnt need to change my work schedule soo much..
