Ermano was very good at explaining and suggesting changes needed. I had been told that I should have new windows. He showed me where the only leak was located and what could be done to correct the problem.

I would not use this company, we had a special pricing for them to come out and service our air conditioner. He tried to up sell us on new coils and to replace the air handler unit, which seemed really odd as the home is less than 10 years old. 3 Days later the air stopped being cold, so we called someone else out as we did not want them coming back out again. The unit was out of freon, as the connection was lose.

pleased with the helpful information about the air filter. They washed it as well and it needed it. They were very helpful.

Service was excellent. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and very clear in explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done, just like all the techs who have been out here.

We had a great technician by the name of Fernando. He was very polite and informative. He did a good job and even cleaned my gutter free of charge. He fixed all the problems I had Rosa in the office was also very responsive.

The workers that came to the house arrived on time. They were businesslike and explained what needed to be done, and how they would do it. The service men who came the house seemed very knowledgeable and we're definitely very efficient.

I got a call on the phone offering a '$50' service. Now, I know it's not going to be $50, the A/C hadn't been serviced in a couple years and it was over 15 years old. So the guy shows up, does some work, and it's a $300 bill because stuff is broken. He shows another $300 of stuff that needs to be fixed but can wait. While he is writing up the paperwork, he very casually mentions tax credits. I talk to them about getting a new A/C (which I was planning to do anyway). He talked me out of a more expensive unit also. At first, they were hesitant to dicker, but then I mentioned 'cash' and they gave me a significant discount *AND* showed up two days later to install. Great job installing. My electric bill is down, the unit is quiet, and all done quickly and professionally. Why not 5 stars?? I found bits of wire and a couple of screws in my pool that they had dropped off the roof. If they had told me about it, I would have given 5 stars.
Scott and Juan worked very hard all day and in the intense heat and humidity got my new AC up and running. I appreciate the hard work guys. The master bedroom is now as cool as the rest of the house (thank god). I called the service number (the phone was answered right away) with a question and the techs responded right away, from what I can tell this is a good company.
Tech arrived a bit late but I was informed about this by phone. AC work was completed & the unit cooling is improved. Tech answered my questions & I learned something new.

Richard was the serviceman and Scott and Tuan were the installers of my air conditioner. I was very happy with their work. The weather was very warm that day and twice as warm up in the attic!!!!
