      We charge a flat fee to come out and diagnose your appliance (service call). If we end up doing the repair, service call you have paid for will go towards your final bill. Before any repair is done, we'll explain to you in details what needs to be done, along with an estimate with all charges. We will NOT start repair without your approval; and you will NOT be charged for more that what we have quoted you. We offer 1-year labor warranty on appliance repair or maintenance works we performed. If you are not 100% happy with our works, call us back and give us the opportunity to work it out with you. Your satisfaction is what we strive for. Get $10 off your total bill when you schedule your appliance repair appointment online through our website.We promise to always provide you with value and outstanding appliance repair service, regardless of repair size and difficulty.
