Regular Hours:Deer Valley office hours: 7:30-5:00 Monday through Friday. Appointments may be scheduled earlier than 7:30 a.m. on some days depending on provider availability. The office is open through the lunch hour. Phone Hours: Phones are answered from 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Phones are very busy at the beginning of each shift and on Mondays and Fridays. If you call at other times, your wait will be shorter.
