I attended Core Strength Martial ARTS for one year. It was the second school I attended. The instructors as Core are the most qualified I've worked with. If I didn't move, I would still be there. Highly recommended! Awesome + Personable! If you are looking to develop your health and fitness training,It is an intense and worthwhile program.

Our children signed up for tae kwon do at CORE Strength last Spring without any previous experience in martial arts. After the first lesson, they were hooked! Since then, they have taken classes and obtained several belts and are now in the Elite Club and Splits Club. Our son even had his birthday party at CORE Strength! Master David Bohreer and his team are terrific with the students of all levels and ages...very positive, upbeat, patient and understanding.
