  Ms. Schreiner has been affiliated with construction accounting since 1988. She has served as an Accounting Supervisor for many well known local property management companies and has been Vice President of Accounting for Commercial Builders from inception.  She has a superior knowledge of nearly every nationally known software package on the market. She has worked with Skyline, MRI, CenterSoft, Yardi and many other software packages. She has been responsible for all accounting functions, which includes new construction, development, tenant improvements and renovations of new and existing properties. Ms. Schreiner oversees an accounting real estate portfolio consisting of more than 150 properties. Her experience includes office, retail, apartments, and industrial construction and development accounting.
