Staff at 67th & Peoria and I-17 & Dunlap are quite pleasant. They DO push the products at times, but do so by politely asking if you are using a **** or a **** and will describe the benefits of each. This is to be expected of a commissioned job. They back off immediately should you say you're not interested at the moment etc. Someone did complain about trying to cancel his/her membership. Yes, there is much left to be desired in the explanation (which IS in the contract) but IS also elusive if you campare it to how much detail is given to explaining, a product for example. Depeding on the day you notify your intent to cancel (and DO this in WRITING) you could subsequently have another debit from your account - possibly 2 if I'm not mistaken. But you can't verbally count on this cancelation. Just as they didn't let you verbally sign up. Send in your intent to cancel certified mail receipt return requested for $5. Well worth it, because most abide when they know they should. Great Place

I do not go to the specific location that is listed here, however I have tanned at 4 of their locations. I must say that I impressed with the company as a whole. They seem to be very educated employees and clean facilities. My only disappointment was with a couple of the managers. The manager of the Dunlap and I-17 location just doesn't appear as though she wants to be there and I feel that the one at Union Hills and 91st tells you what you want to hear to get a purchase. However, the other 2 stores I frequent are the Bell road and the Peoria ave locations, and they are above superior! All of the girls I have encountered at either salon have been extremely friendly, never pushy and seem to enjoy what they are doing. Overall I would say this is a great place to tan with minor tweeks that need adjusting.- Rebecca

Whatever you do, do not allow automatic withdrawal for monthly membership fees. They will not cancel your membership as requested. It has taken several months and many phone calls, and as usual, they are telling me it is cancelled. I finally had to locate their receivable company and ask them to cancel the automatic withdrawal. Very poor and unethical business practice.
