I live at Casa Fiesta, the association fees are reasonable considering it covers water, garbage, pool and beautiful common areas. The Townhomes have on average 1600 sq feet, Thats bigger than most starter homes, its quiet and the common areas are well maintained

these townhomes are okay, the hoa fees are outlandish and continue to rise, for what little is done on the premises, pool closed often, clubhouse never of any use, tenents are always being told to save for services that should be already covered by HOA. personally funds are misused and people are moving out like crazy, newer homes have smaller HOA fees, some repair work has been offered to be done for a small fee if tenet purchases product, re storage doors can be hung but you pay. as for me i have lived in much better places that are taken better care of. also theft a problem here.
