Put a lot of effort into helping trouble shoot why the cartridge stopped working.

It's disappointing not to be able to exchange defective merchandise without speaking to a technician and wasting valuable time (and money!) The sales girl needs to be trained. Polite enough but obviously does not know anything about the products.
