      Jerry L. Webster, RLS, the owner/manager of AZ Land Surveying, is native to Phoenix and has been a Land Surveyor in Arizona since 1977. Our Business specializes in the re-establishing of property boundaries. It is 90% of our work. We have the knowledge and skill to be certain it is done correctly. We try to provide affordable services. Any bid for a survey project is provide for free. The bid we provide will be the exact cost for all services. Additionally, we will complete FEMA Elevation Certificates required for Flood Insurance.
