0 Stars!!! Tenants are inconsiderate!!!! They let their dogs poop all over the premises and in the alleys where the home owners now have to pick it up being City of Phoenix gets on them for the accumulation of the dog poop! They allow their dogs to run around without leashes. We have witnessed a couple of dogs going after people. The cats use the property as a litter box where the plants are and it's disgusting!! If it doesn't stop real quick next step is retaining a lawyer.
