Phoenix, AZ area plastic and reconstructive surgeons, Dr. Tim Matatov and Dr. Rozbeh Torabi, at the Aesthetic and Restorative Breast Center, use their skill and expertise to provide patients with optimal results in plastic and reconstructive surgeries of the breast after cancer, trauma, or congenital defect.
