I have been a customer of Adams Refrigeration for 5 years when ever I need them they have always been there. The servicemen that have been to my home are very professional and have always solve the problem. I would not think of calling anyone else.

Adams Refrigeration is my hero. My air conditioning system would switch off the breaker when it came on. I had two companies look at it and told me that the compressor was bad and that I needed a new unit. I called Adams for a price quote on a new system, when the service man came to my house he found that there was a bad wire in the system, fixed it and it is still running and cooling great. Talk about be honest. When I do have to replace my system I will have Adams Refrigeration install my new system. Robert

I had no heat and two children at home and I called Adams Refrigeration not only did they get to my house that same day but they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. It was on a Saturday when my a/c stopped working. I did not know who to call so I checked the Better Business Bureau's website and found Adams Refrigeration. I called them and they answered the phone on Saturday. The service man was at my was within two hours, ofund the problem and fixed it at what I thought was a VERY fair price. He explained what the little silver can thing (capacitor ?) did, replaced it with one on his truck and I was again cooling. I see why they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I will be recommending them to everyone that I know.

My name is Mike Murphy. I just had a complete new unit installed w/ major duct work done also. I feel strongly compelled, in light of the "status quo" that we usually encounter when dealing with utility companies, or independent contractors, to report not only an excellent job, but thurough checking and rechecking; A JOB WELL DONE. The outside fan motor on my air conditioner stopped working so I had no cooling, and it was on SATURDAY. I called around to find someone to sell me a motor but everyone wanted to charge me $500.00 to $700.00 to put it in. When I called Adams Refrigeration they actually had a live person answer the phone and they told me that they could have someone come fix my a/c that day. When I told them that I wanted to purchase the motor and I could put it in, they told me no problem. They had me meet them at thier shop and opened it up for me on a Saturday, sold me the motor and I fixed my system for less than $200.00. The person who opened the store was very helpful and showed me how to hook up the new motor. Thanks Adams.

Although both reviewers were very pleased with Adams Refrigeration, one gave no stars while the other gave 5 stars. If you average them Adams ends up with a rating of 2.5 stars, which isn't very good and it's very misleading. So I've written this review and given them a 5 to help reduce the negative effect the error has on their apparent rating.

I recently had my air conditioner serviced with this company. I was very impressed with how quickly they came to my home, they were there within an hour. The technician that helped me was very quick and friendly. I would recommend ADAMS REFRIGERATION for all of your heating and cooling needs over any company any day. I recently moved into a new house in the west valley. Four months after i moved in i started having problems with my ac. After the fith trip from the home warranty company and 500 dollars later my ac had the same problem. I found Adams in the yellow pages and after i had one of there techs out ONE time i had no further problems. I highly recomend this company and will continue to use them.
