SCOTT PARKER, PRINCIPAL BROKER One on One Realty was founded in 1999. The company specializes in rural land use issues. This includes residential, farm land, timber land and recreational property. In April of 2012 Scott Parker purchased the company. His experience includes residential and commercial sales. Rural property development, timber management, recreational property sales, manufactured housing sales and service. In 1993 Scott graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. After working several years in sales he went back to school and in 2007 received an Oregon Mortgage License. After purchasing One on One Realty he again returned to school and in 2012 received an Oregon Principal Brokers License. Those who know Scott attest that he is a skilled negotiator. “When it comes to bringing two people together to agree on a home price I take pride in my ability to assist.”
