First let me say - I work here (2.5 yrs) but I am also a consumer and shop where I get good service and feel the company treats the employees decently. I will not shop at Walmart for example because of their rep and history of maltreatment of employees and vendors. I would say that we give outstanding, friendly customer service 98% of the time and we try very hard to please all customers. We do not work on commission or get a discount but we have decent benefits and profit sharing. Most of the employees in this store have been with HD for years, many over 10 years- that says something.
