Horrible service. Staff told me they would take my daughter's insurance if I established her as a patient in-between coverage periods. So I paid out-of-pocket to establish her as a new patient. After her new insurance was valid they told me they would not take her insurance. When asked why I was told that they would nobody knew from anything.The doctor also told me 2 of my daughter's immunizations would be free since we were in-between insurances. Well, the staff charged me for shots accidentally, wouldn't adjust the payment for me, and 4 months later I am still awaiting the $100. refund from their clueless billing department -which I may never see. Very disappointed to say the least.
