Service above and beyond what I expected. Crossroads made a difference in my fathers life by keeping him comfortable and safe. We tried another service before and had a bad experience. The agency didn't respond to our concerns. After that we hired Crossroads to care for our dad. We never had any concerns that wern't taken care of immediatly. Thanks to Sharon our caregiver.
