I rented from Countryside Apartments for over one year. Three months in, I had roaches and when I finally moved out 10 months later, we still had them. Owner also claimed that because I left and she couldn't find any new tenants to move into my place for my last month, she kept my security deposit. Person that did move into my apartment was told by owner, that my apartment was not ready until the day after my lease ended, which was a month and half after I left. It does not take 2 months to paint and clean carpets. Would I rent from them again? No!!!
