The worst post office in Philadelphia. They don't bother to knock on the door or ring my doorbell when I have a package delivered. I've been sitting right in the living room waiting for a package all day, only to find a note on the door saying "sorry we missed you." They also only try one time and mark it as "third attempt." I had to resort to getting packages delivered at work. Now they constantly lose them. The staff are rude, incompetent, and ghetto.
I've lived in this zip code for 20 years, and dread every time I have to go to this post office. If I need a post office and don't have to pick up a package at mine, I travel farther away where the workers aren't rude. Both my father and brother were postal workers their entire careers, so I know that it's a good job -- and with a PENSION! Come on... how about appreciating having a job when so many don't!!

I agree. Worst post office. I never get notified when I have packages. Worst service. Does not deserve one star.

One of the worst post offices in the city. The line is usually out the door everytime I've gone there. I've had packages sit at the office for close to a month because no one bothered to notify me they had arrived. I've been home and when I go down to check the mail I've noticed the orange slips, but no one bothered to ring my doorbell or knock on the door so that I can receive them, thus adding extra hastle because now I must make the trip to the post office. All, but one, of the staff is rude and lazy. One gave me someone else's package and when I said it wasn't mine, she actually got nasty with me. I've gone to pick up multiple packages and the clerk refused to listen to me as I tried to explain that according to the dates, I should have 3 packages and not 2. I was yelled at for that and sure enough, I had to make that extra trip to pick up the third that was there the whole time. I've had countless items, from letters to packages go missing since this became my office. Horrible.
