I was in a car accident on December 25, 2010. I was hit by two cars and they both left t he scene of the accident. Joseph's Tow truck drivers came and were very caring and supportive. I talked to Joseph who is the owner and he was very supportive. In this accident I got stiff by the Philadelphia Police Dept in which they never reported the accident or gave me a DC#. The insurance would not pay for the repairs without a report so Joseph step up to the plate and work very diligently and patiently with me in paying for the cost of the repairs. This man is amazing he never bothered me or kept calling me about making payments. He was very understanding that I could not afford to pay this all at once with having other major bills. I just want to say I totally recommend Joseph's Auto Collision. He is very easy to work with and talk to, you can totally be honest with him about your situation if you have to come out of pocket. I was truly bless when his men arrived at the scene of the accident.

One of the worst place to go!!!! took 4 months to complete but still has major stuff that needed to be address.. their parts were used cheap parts. My car was top of the line for that year.. I will not let my worst enemy got their. You will be sorry for letting them try to fix you car!!!!!!

This company is a rip off. I got hit by a car less then 2 miles from there shop and got billed 621.00 for towing. I am reporting them to the AG's office. There are laws against over billing.

Joseph took my car 8 months ago and has not finished it. I am currently taking him to court for the cost to finish the repair and the excesive damages that the car endured while it lived in his shop. 1 star and only because you can't have 0 stars
