My brother, Chef Jimmy, and I grew up in NYC and come from a mixed background of Korean and Caribbean parents.We are the First Fusion of this type in Philadelphia. This has been the inspiration around creating our food fusion concept. I believe our food and concept fit well with the overall vision Philadelphia foodies.
