Mathematics, Civics, and Sciences Charter School, established in 1999, offers education to students in grades first through eleven. It has an enrollment of more than 900 students and provides college-preparatory courses and vocational training to students. The school s curriculum includes a variety of subjects, such as accountancy, law, medicine, computer science, mathematics, reading and writing. Its athletic team participates in basketball and football tournaments. The school provides various extracurricular activities to students, including mathematics and art clubs, newspaper, debate, dramatics, choir, yearbook, dance, photography, public speaking, robotics and instrumental music lessons.
