Teddy's pizza is always fresh and hot and i would recommend Teddy's Pizza any day of the week

I have ordered from here for years, sometimes 2/3 times a week. They have the best pizza and steak sandwiches. I have sent alot of business their way through the elementary school, etc. I am very disappointed with them at this time and will no longer order from them because they got my order wrong. I ordered at 11:30 on a friday night, it was very busy I could hear alot of noise in the background so I am guessing the person could not hear me correctly but didnt double check what I ordered. My cheese steak hoagie came with onions when I specifically asked for Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato. I can not eat a sandwich with onions and it was 12:20am, I didnt want to wait for them to send me a new one but the manager said she would only credit me 1.00 because of the onions. This is no way to do business and I may only be one person but I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to order as well.
