The Sydnet Mechanical Staff is Extremely Helpful. The Office Manager/Scheduler/Dispatcher is great with quickly getting someone out to look at a problem. She also calls to confirm the estimated time of arrival. The engineer that comes out to the house educated us on the issues while diagnosing the problem. Sydney Mecanical saved the day for many of my tenants last year. In fact they even came out on the evening of Christmas to service a unit for a new tenant that had just moved in. They have been courteous, informative, quality service and repair providers at a great price. They have also honesly recommended repairs and given me a life expectency of my existing HVAC units. Hard to come by an honest company these days, Im glad I googled Sydney!

I was hesitant to call for repairs on my central air, because a previous contractor had told me that the entire unit would need to be replaced, and I couldn't afford to replace it. I finally had to call, and I am so glad that I did. The technicians who came were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They were able to fix the unit, and the bill was very reasonable. Schedule two appointments with Sydney for an installation estimate. First appointment was over an hour late, so I had to call and cancel. Second appointment they did not show nor did they call and say they weren't coming or to reschedule.

I rent an apartment and they provide "in-house" repairmen...well long story short, I had just moved in and like 2 weeks later my a/c goes out, I call the emergency line - get the answering machine- so I wait for two hours as my apartment reaches 90 degrees. I ask a family member who they use for a/c repair and I was given the number to Sydney Mechanical - The first good thing I got since I moved up here from TN. Anyways, I called them and about 30 mins later theres a Sydney Mechanical guy walking up the stairs behind the "repair man" from my apartment complex. The man from Sydney sat and watched this guy try to cut corners and do patch work and called him out on it every time, at one point I heard the apartment repairman say, "look man stop busting my b***s, it's a Saturday, I just want to get this thing blowing cold air and I will come back Monday to fix it up right." After the guy left, Sydney finished up some wiring problem that would have started a fire for me no Charge! Thx guys

If you are looking for heating/cooling service with honesty, integrity and reasonable prices, look no further. It is rare that one can take a chance in the world with a company from which they have no personal recommendation. However, Sydney Mechanical heating & airconditioning has proved to be a wonderful company. On the hottest day of the summer, I found myself without working air conditioning, the service person responded quickly, solved the problem with the air conditioner. Honesty, Empathy, integrity and Air Conditioning & Heating Business, not usually in the same sentence. I will continue to use Sydney Mechanical for my air conditioning & heating maintenance and any repair I should need. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended.
