Car needed for work - reluctantly agreed to $400 tune up - went to pick up car - bill was $650, also included unauthorized work - complained about trumped-up bill - of course owner not there - asked attendant to call owner - no answer - attendant said they had no other numbers - said call owner when I get home - started to call police - car held hostage unless I paid the $650. Asked for old parts returned they were not - asked for note I left with owner re tune up only - feigned lack of knowledge of any note - car has same problems. Question whether work done. Owner never returned calls. Unethical merchant - BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Chestnut Hill Shell significantly damaged the undercarriage and wheel lugs. They claimed they were not at fault. Chestnut Hill residents beware.
