This is a very very bad company to do business with. I ordered furniture in October, 2012 and just got issues resolved this week. Bad, bad business people. Approach with extreme caution. Very very poor customer service and can not get the names of any one to help. They do not release names, they do not give messages, they do not answer e-mails. That should tell you all you need to know. Very snotty on te phone and they told me they did not care about me or my purchase (after I purchased), before they were very pleasant.

My mother in law recommended furniturexo. I hate to admit this lol but she was right. Our bedroom set arrived on time, damage free. It is beautiful, looks even better in person. Tip: Fxo always has special promotions which can be activated using special key words. Make sure you read other user comments on coupon sites. They have free curb side delivery but if you email / call them & mention 'google maps' they upgrade it to Inside Delivery free of charge. Another user said to use 'merchantcircle' which adds free 5 year furniture protection plan. I verified both key words, they are active. I placed my order and called the next day, they added both promotions to my order. The best part is this stacks with all other coupons (% savings).

I live in Texas, so I ordered online with much relunctancy after reading the previous reviews. It just goes to show you-you can't trust everything you read these days! I am EXTREMELYsatisfied with my purchases. Everything arrived on time, and undamaged. They were very professional, and helpful with an ordering issue [my fault]-promptly correcting the issues. Do NOT use this company. I had a problem with a purchase I made and they did not respond to any of the over a dozen emails and phone messages that i left. I even tried to go through the BBB and they were unable to get a response from this company either. I have never gotten a live person to answer their customer service line. It is always a recording. I would not trust this company.

After a nightmare experience trying to order an Ashley living room set from another store, I read reviews and decided to give Furniture XO a try. I simply can't heap enough praise on this company. The web site is well laid out and very easy to navigate, with a wealth of information on just about every subject, including financing. They have a huge inventory, as well. It was very easy to call their customer service. I called with questions time and time again, and they were the nicest, most professional people I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. They understood my anxiety, and were just wonderful to deal with. They even told me about extra discounts that I didn't know I was elegible for! (You get extra off for being "local") Their communication via e-mail was unreal; I was informed about every aspect of ordering, processing, and delivery. Price... NO ONE was cheaper! Delivery... This is a horrible place to shop. I ordered a couch in May and it came defective. I refused it and now I can't get a hold of anyone. They have $700 of mine and I still have no couch. Its been 7 months and still fighting to get my money back. Unless you want to give your money away, don't use this company.

I would never purchase anything from this store. I bought a couch from this store in came with a hole in the back. They wood not replace it. They only woukd contact me thru e-mail. They offered to send us money to get the couch fixed. The checks that they sent both bounced.

I ordered a desk the 1st of sept and im still waiting for it.(oct 18) I cant get a live person. They dont return emails or phone calls. Im leary now. so FYI
