Resources for Human Development, also known as RHD, is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of social services. The organization sponsors human service programs in more than 10 U.S. states. It has been in operation since 1970 and provides residential services for individuals with chemical addiction and mental illness. The organization also administers a variety of job training programs. Resources for Human Development offers assisted transportation and crisis intervention services. The organization also provides fiscal supervision and technical assistance services. It assists men and women with alcohol addiction in Philadelphia, Allentown and New Orleans in Pennsylvania. Resources for Human Development offers primary health care and housing services.
