When I first came to REM they were very courteous and could not do enough for me and my children. In the past six months,I have had an FM system returned to me not fixed, I have had a child with moderate to profound my minor child questioned about weather he would use his hardware. When the sound that was supposed to go into my child's, I was hearing they called the manufacturer who gave them multiple solutions. The easiest solution was to check if his molds fit. But the audiologist was clueless and kept programming the FM to a lower volume to a level where it did not help. Because of my experiences, I am not going back-even if that means paying for hearing aids out of pocket.

I highly recommend REM Audiology. The office staff is kind, courteous and efficient. The audiologists and staff have always treated my children and I respectfully and with patience. They always took the time to answer my questions and provided me with a wealth of information.
