In repairing my Central Air the technician were friendly and courteous. They had drop cloths to keep everything clean and wore protective covers on their feet. They cleaned up after they were done. They turned on the system to make sure it was working properly and also showed me how to run the system. I was pleased with the job well done.

i have american home shield insurance for all my appliances. my heater started actting funny it wouldnt cut on & when it did cut on it wouldnt stay on. i called ahs they contracted qav to come to my home & fix the problem. They guy was 4 hours late for my appointment & he didnt do everything i requested he fixed the heater then gave me a list of other things that needed to be fixed on it. i wouldnt recommend these unprofessional people to my friends or family.... $125 for a service call for this company. NOT WORTH IT AT ALLLLLLLLLLLL
use this company through a program called American Home Shield. During the first visit the technician arrived as promised and was able to fix the problem I had which was no heat. However he left the part he replaced and claimed that the trash he left was already there. After he left, a leak occurred and when the technican returned he said he had to order a part. Once scheduled the technician returned, left trash once again and I noticed that what was once a leak now was a gushing stream of water. I called to get advice for fixing the problem and the technician suggested that someone touched the part (only he and myself were in the house). I missed the emergency call and when I tried to reschedule was given an appointment two days away.

caring employees fixed my house heater midwinter as result of calling American Home Shield. These Technicians were careful and capable. They needed some prodding to finish the job and I would recommend them because they do care and they can come out when you need them.

As HVAC contractors go, they were pretty good. Very nice, knew what they were doing, and spent considerable time diagnosing and fixing the problem. Have used them twice (also through a home warranty company). Once they did come later, the other time they were on schedule. I'm sure dispatching these guys is tough as you never know how long a particular job will take. Compared to other HVAC contractors I've used who rushed in and out, topped up the freon and didn't find the leak, these guys were far superior.

I called my home warranty company to dispatch a tech because my central air just stopped working all of a sudden. I woke up to a house temp of 78 degress. They dispatched Quality Air. I immediately went online to read the reviews, which were not good at all! I was dealing with the very same issue the previous person reviewing was. So, I called my warranty company back and asked that before they go any further , could they send someone else because the 1 review was terrible. Basically, the answer was no! I said to the CSR, OK so I have to be displeased b4 you send another company out. He assured me that I won't be disappointed. I hung up very angry! I finally spoke with Quality Air and they agreed on a time. Well, that time came and went. I received a call at 10:oopm asking if I was still awake and he was 20 minutes away. My husband was LIVID! Who conducts professional business at 10 in the evening? Especially when part of your unit is outside. NEVER AGAIN! The Worst!!!!!!!!!!!!
