- MEET THE FOUNDER- Eva Lighty founded Positive action community service inc. in 1992. She has been a resident in the philadelphia area for over 59 years. In 2003, Ms. eva Lighty's vision began to grow, which turned positive action into a non-profit organization to ACCOMMODATE the growing need of the community.

THE director and the COUNSELORS work hard to provide services in the community. we provide a free summer camp, during the summer months to keep the children off the streets. the Summer camp is funded by the founder. we are in a positive and safe ENVIRONMENT. ages range from 3 to 15 years of age. We service children from all backgrounds. ThE ADMINISTRATORS AND STAFF AT positive action BELIEVE THAT ALL CHILDREN: •Have the power to learn •Are curious & creative •Can succeed We are looking for sponsors and people who Are wlling to contribute. All proceeds will help make the organization better! Positive action summer camp offers a summer full of activities but also keeps your children's mind stimulated with educational teachings and learning. Throughout the summer your child will get a chance to interact with their peers as well as learn from each other. •Basic Math and Reading •Swimming & Sports •Trips •Arts & Crafts •Movies •Games
