After having a problem with a 2004 Cadillac I decided to go to PEPBOYS for advice to fix the problem. When I got there I spoke to service manager Jeff who was very rude and confrontational , Service manager Eric Hill stepped in an answered all my questions, and even assisted me in getting the right product to fix the problem(Royal Purple Max-Clean fuel system cleaner & stabilizer) that I was having with my car , thank you for having such a great guy as Eric Hill representing your store.

I went here for a simple inspection and emission sticker replacement after getting a new windshield, and it was a pretty bad experience. There wasn't anyone else in the waiting area when I got there...and then they made me wait an hour and twenty minutes FOR STICKERS. I even asked them, after forty minutes, if they were going to be done with my car soon and they said yes...forty minutes later I got my keys back. Most of the staff were rude and didn't let me know what was going on with my car. Their prices looked decent, at least for the services that were listed in the waiting area, but it's really just not worth it.
