Employment Partners is a training program that serves people who want to enter the job market. The program features training in the areas of assembly and shipping, home health and child care, and personal and math enrichment. It also offers training opportunities for disabled individuals. Employment Partners includes literacy classes that help to increase English language skills through creative writing, personal exploration and public speaking. The program features training in computer disassembly and work place etiquettes. In addition, it includes janitorial training that features instruction in cleaning offices, apartment buildings, churches and warehouses. Employment Partners is governed by PDDC, which provides residential, in home and community support services.
