Ms. Paula Slomsky is a gentle caring soul. Through her expert guidance I have learned to fearlessly face my anxiety,depession and fears. A huge help was the breathing exercise to reduce panic attacks especially on buses,grocery store lines and my nighttime jitters.With Ms. Slomsky;s patient guidance I feel I am FINALLY progressing toward some sense of comfort!!!!!
