I recently bought a neglected row home in Philadelphia. Patrick skillfully made structural repairs and stuccoed the back. Instead of recommending an expensive tear-off and brick replacement in the front, Patrick amazingly managed to bring the brick wall back to beautiful condition. Pat was charged with mortar joint removal through careful hand chiseling, removal of non-native and spalled brick, repointing with DeGruchy Ecological Lime Mortar and skillfully & neatly tooling joints to a bevel ridge joint, utilizing mimic mortar patching, & setting new Gray Danby Marble headers & lugged sills on lead coated copped sill pans. Beyond executing the work with great skill & craftsmanship, Pat kept the job site, his tools, and materials extremely clean and organized, his prices were very reasonable, and he acted with mindful regard to my home and interests.
