Came in to get a PA registration. Charged me $10 for processing while we wait for my lien holder to send my title to them. Was told I would get a phone call when it came in. A month later, no phone call. I called the office, they said they don't have anything for me yet. I call my bank (lien holder) and they said Levick refused the title that was mailed to them. My bank called Levick to see why and confirm the address and resent another title. Levick refused it again not even a week later after they knew it was coming and who it was coming from. Levick keeps telling me nothing has come in when I call once a week. I had my bank research in depth because they value their customers and they have USPS pulled up telling them the letter has been refused twice. I call Levick to make sure the address is correct and explain the situation. Immediately, John McKenna gets hostile at which point I ask for a refund. He says I can come all the way over there for my ten dollars like it's not worth it
