Dr. Raphael is board-certified in Hand Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Syracuse Medical School and completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He is Chairman, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, and Director, Hand Surgery Program, Einstein Medical Center.
