I love this place, I went here so many times and each time its a different experience. I feel like a kid in the candy store. I love the service here. the waiter is always so nice. But dont forget the food, the food is what really counts.
I like Indian food because its light and easy on my stomach and on my money and for a person who likes to dine out as much as I do, I love going to this Indian place on South Street. Its like youre going to fine dining experience for the price of BK. good food, excellent service and always consistent food.
4.When it comes down to picking a place for dinner, my girlfriend always picks the right spot. So, last week, she took me to this Indian restaurant on South Street and I should give her credits for this because once again she picked the right spot. Chicken tandoori oooh baby yum yum!!!
My boyfriend took me here for dinner last night. I love it. I dont like to dine out but this place was charming. I had the chicken tandoori and my boyfriend had the seafood. Both dishes were yummy. I think I will come back there again.
In the heart and soul of South street who wouldve thought theres an Indian restaurant would popped up on there? Well we did our research on restaurants on South street before my fiance and I went out and we decided to try this place. This Indian restaurant offers many great variety of Indian spices in their many dishes. My fiance has the lamb bhuna, she loved it. I was not daring so I tried the chicken achari. I really like it, I think I will come back again to try something else next time.
Im more of a meat guy but I tried to eat lean meats so I usually only eat chicken. This place was fulfilling, yes. I had the chicken tikka for lunch with my co-workers last week. I liked it. It was not overwhelming like most Indian restaurant. Oh and the ambience is great. Perfect for dates.
Took my family here for a nice quiet dinner. most of the places are so bashing when it comes to kids but this place is just so great with them. My kids are not the most obnoxious but they are not the best kids either i mean come one, kids are kids. The waiter was just so great to them, my son actually wanna go back there. So yes, it's a 5 star for me!!
5 star all the way!!! I tried almost everything on the menu there and it's always consistent. Always a pleasure to be sitting there. I love how the waiter just know me by my first name now hahahaha. i need help :-)
Not bad for a night out in town. I like to eat food from different cultures and i never had Indian. I thought this was a great idea from my friend. I tried to tandoori. I might take my friend back here to see what else does he recommend.. who knows i may even pay for his portion too...
Like it? No. Love it? Yes!! OMG i've been a fan since like forever!!! The fact that i like Indian has nothing to do with it. i love it cuz they service is awesome, the food is good and i always have a good time here.
The food was good. I never written a review but i must write one for this restaurant. I like how nice the waiter was to us despite the fact that my friend's son was so rude throughout the entire time. Yeh, so not taking him out with us again... what a brat!! but anyway, we're coming back!!
i'm more of a turkey ham sandwich kind of guy so i don't know much much as what to write for this restaurant. but i did like the service and the quietness. i prefer to dine in a gentle setting.
lamb shaag, check. chicken tandoori, check, free naan, check, reshmi kebab, check!! and the list goes on and on and on. Everytime i go here i try something new and each time i get that mouth watering flavor from the different dishes that i try. lamb garlic curry is next on my list!!
i love this place, it's great for a nice and quiet lunch date with your co-workers. i also love how fast the food is especially when i only have half an hour for lunch. i will come back again for lunch next week.

let's see the food was great, the service was excellent and the mood was just right. i went here for both lunch and dinner in the same day. i thought i would get tired of the food but that was not the case at all in fact i loved it because i can still taste the same goodness in different dishes. i def will be back.
Oh my goodness, you have have have to try the lamb shaag!!!! the rice that they gave us along with is was perfect!! i dipped the bread in the lamb sauce and mm mm mm!!! We'll be there again tomorrow night for dinner!!!
i agree with the other reviews... the food was excellent and the service was superb. i will definitely try again as Indian food was something new to me. I really liked the sizzling chicken dish.
this place was fabulous, i don't know which i like more.. the sizzling chicken or the lamb shaag.... well either way... i want them both again. highly recommended!!
OMG i absolutely love this place... i love how they prepared their vegetables and their chickpeas are absolutely delicious!!!! highly recommended!!!!!
