I made an appointment for the first time some months ago and requested a person with experience. The person that answered the phone (I presume the owner) got defensive and told me "everyone here has experience." Well, I went to the appointment, the hair dresser was a very nice and polite young lady, but I could tell immediately that she was right out of school. Indeed her experience was less than a year. Since she was so nice I gave it a try and went three times. After 3 times I gave up. I am mostly annoyed at the dishonesty of the owner, and also at the fact that they charge you full price whether you get someone with 10 years experience, or one year. If they give you someone with very little experience, they should at least charge a different rate. I didn't get satisfactory cuts, and on top of that I paid full price! Not going back. Dishonesty from the owner (or anyone) won't make for good business.

When you walk out of this salon, you look like a million bucks. Very professional and very up to date.
