The guys at Hearth & Stove resolved my problem. It seems to be best to email them to get a faster response. Very happy with the service and glad I am able to give them a good review cause I really like these guys.

I had my gas stove installed a few years ago. Hearth & Stove installed it and did a great job. The only problem is, every year I go to turn it on, it is really hard to start. This year, I just can't get it to light. So I called and left a message and they haven't answered. I have since sent them an email and I haven't gotten a response. Next I guess I will just have to show up at their store, but it shouldn't be this way. These guys need to answer their phone! I'll post again and let you know if I ever hear from them.

I set up an appointment with these guys, no one showed up and I didn't get a call. I called them to ask what had happened, had to leave a message on a machine and no one called back. Not acceptable.
