I believe that this company trains their employees to perform professionally , however they do need improvement in some areas, one being on time. Numerous occassions I have come at the opening time to find them still closed. I have waited outside for at least 15 minutes my last visit. They seem to spend more time doing their own hair when they don't have customers. I feel as though I am impeding on them. They have one worker that does ethnic hair that truly needs more practice and has left me dissatisfied however I didn't know she wasn't experienced when she started. Most of the stylist are good though , good luck.

You really should try getting Brandi back, she was my girl and to me she was your best girl at 76th & City Line. She is young and talented. She would be a great investment for your company.
