Good pricing, updated & powerful beds. I had an issue & e-mailed the owner and spoke with the manager-it was resolved right away. As for no fans? The fans are located in the beds-being that they are new beds. There is a wait after 6pm at the Franklin Mills location but I have never waiting longer then 10 minutes. Being that it has been prom season, I would expect a wait. I never had a wait at the Mayfair one though. It is very convienent because I go back and forth from the Mayfair to Franklin Mills salon-never had an issue. Beds/standups are always clean, you can tell they are well maintained. Overall, I would reccomend Galaxy Tans to friends-Also, on the website they have coupons- different ones, right now they have 20% off packages & another coupon for FREE week tanning for new customers. long wait times staff aren't nice at all and its 30 a month for reg beds i know better and cheaper places to go. Only good thing about this place is the open early and close late.

Really reasonably priced. Keep an eye out for deals. I caught a 20% off deal they had and was able to upgrade to the next level for a much lower price which i love! The staff is a little snotty/unfriendly but honestly that's how all salons i've ever been to have been, so i don't let it get to me. Tons of beds, i usually go in the early afternoon and i've NEVER had to wait. Go for it!

Great place, friendly staff, extended hours, awesome beds...cons? just tiny ones...long wait times after 5, and it gets very stuffy in the individual rooms...Be aware, you WILL be sweating when you're finished tanning. They need to put fans in there to help us cool off after we get out of those hot beds! Also, they don't provide a towel - only paper ones that will NOT get all the sweat off of you. Make sure to bring a towel; I just use a hand towel that I bought specifically for this purpose. Other than that, I love this place. Honestly, it is such a great value for the money. As cheap as Hollywood Tans, but a billion times better. To ensure the greatest experience, try to go during the day if you can, and make sure to bring a towel with you.

Greattest salon I have ever been to!! Never a long wait and the beds are really hot and very clean!! It is the best $20 a month I ever spend!!

They KEEP them hot. I was in yesterday and cases of bulbs being installed. The beds were still hot as hell and they are updating them because they "reached a preset limit".Totally awesome! I can't believe I wasted 3 months at the hollywood junker before I found this place

Pretty busy all day takes about 10-15 minutes to get into a bed. But the beds are very good and I see immediate results

NOBODY COMES CLOSE ! This is the best salon I have ever been to period. Tons of beds no waiting and hot as can be. You simply can't go wrong. 20 bucks unlimited a month. HELLO get yourself over there NOW

Great salon. Repeat great salon. Very happy with the staff and the "big" bed is an absolute monster and that isn't even the highest level. Highly recommended
