On Monday, Labor Day(2014), my son's luggage was stolen from under the bus-the cargo area. The manager there refuses to acknowledge the fact that this happened and feels they have no liability in this issue.. What ever happened to someone watching the luggage after passengers place their luggage in the cargo area and then board the bus. I wonder if the passengers should keep an eye out of the window? Please let us know if you know anyone this has happened to as well. What ever happened to responsibility?
