Our gym offers a unique fitness experience. We have treadmills, ellipticals, dumbells(2.5-110 lbs), free weights, machine weights and more...We also have a full stage boxing ring, 1400 sq/ft of mat space bordered with MMA cage wall for MMA simulation, and a room for fitness classes. We offer classes in: MMA, muay thai, bjj, brazilain jiu-jitsu, yoga, hiphop/dance, aerobics, youth programs...
