Worst experience ever. Work completed improperly the first time and instead of fixing it the second time they actually caused damage to a wall in the house instead. Owner's son was supposed to come a see the problem and never showed. Waited again another day and was told that someone was on the way but no one showed. The only answer I received is that they will get around to the repairs when they have time but it's not a priority. Basically left with no other option than to proceed with legal action. Be forewarned people.

Everyone who came, from the estimator, Ryan Hughes, to the plumbers who came and removed the old water heater and commode and replaced the units, was professional, efficient and did everything they could to minimize the inconvenience. The work was done fairly quickly and well. Thanks to everyone at this firm. I will recommend them highly.
